🎓 Empowering Future Leaders: New Scholarship for Boys & Girls Club

Community is at the heart of what we do, which is why we’re proud to introduce the Celebrate Shelton Community Impact & Opportunity Scholarship, a brand-new annual award in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley. This scholarship honors youth who exemplify service, leadership, and a dedication to creating positive change. The inaugural scholarship will be presented during the Club’s Scholarship Awards Night on May 14th, and we’re honored to play a small role in recognizing the next generation of changemakers.
🎨 Art on the Move: Unveiling Our Traveling Mural

We're also excited to debut a new visual arts initiative: the Celebrate Shelton Community Mural on the Move. Created live at our events by local artists and community members, this collaborative mural will travel to various locations around Shelton, bringing color, creativity, and connection to unexpected places. The mural’s first stop? The Shelton Senior Center’s Volunteer Appreciation Day on May 16th, where each volunteer will also receive a special swag bag for Food Trucks on the River as a small token of our thanks.
